Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking customer service representative to work closely with our client, who meticulously plans, selects, and delivers what is needed for delicious meals to millions of households in more than ten different countries worldwide.

Join us as a Customer Service Representative! Be the first line of support for customers and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

  • Become an expert and provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Process customer experience cases administratively through various programs.
  • Offer exceptional service exclusively through voice support, ensuring effective communication and assistance to our customers.

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in Dutch (C1 level).
  • It is good to also speak English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong desire to understand different cultures.
