Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Nespresso is a market leader when it comes to coffee. They offer a wide range of coffee capsules, machines, and accessories. We are looking for people with a passion for coffee and for helping others to join our team!

Become a part of us as a customer service representative! We help our customers via phone, chat, social media, and email. Your main responsibility will be to answer questions and find solutions for problems related to orders, deliveries, payments, and technical support for coffee machines.

To fit into the role of customer service representative, you should be good at adapting and finding solutions.

What we are looking for:

  • You are ready for a new adventure and can start on September 8, 2025
  • You have a positive attitude and want to provide excellent service
  • You are familiar with using a phone as a work tool
  • You are willing to provide excellent service to many customers at once
  • You have fluent Danish skills - written and spoken
  • You have fluent English skills - written and spoken
