To fit the role of a customer service representative, we are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, empathetic, and humble. What we are looking for:

  • Fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Position: CSR (Customer Service Representative)
  • Work time: Full-time (39 hours)
  • Employment form: Permanent with a 2-month probationary period
  • Ability to manage time and achieve goals
  • Solution-oriented and flexible, we want all our customers to feel well taken care of and that we are always able to provide them with the best solution
