As a member of Transamerica Protection Solutions, the DSM – Strable Value is responsible for the sale of qualified stable value solutions through all channels of financial intermediaries including business-to-business, banks, wire houses, regional broker dealers, employee benefit firms, etc. Works within an assigned territory to meet company objectives as a market leader.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients within an assigned territory to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Five years of sales experience in the stable value industry
  • Demonstrate existing broker relationships within the assigned territory.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, and & 63 licenses
  • Life Insurance License
  • 10+ Years experience selling stable value products
  • Self-motivated with an instinctive sales acumen to organize thoughts and actions to meet sales goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ Years Stable Value market experience

Working Conditions

Office environment or remote from home

Extensive travel to meet with prospects, advisors, and key intermediaries in the territory

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $175,000-$200,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. This position is also currently eligible for sales and/or performance incentives. Specifics will be reflected in individual incentive plan documents.
