Stable Value Account Manager

Assist in the development and retention of stable value strategic accounts by working with Senior sales leaders for assigned Stable Value clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior sales and relationship managers to support the acquisition, servicing, and retention of stable value clients.
  • Initiate phone calls and client visits to service existing accounts, resolve critical issues, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities for additional business.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow assets under management and deepen client engagement.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings, RFPs, finals presentations, and due diligence sessions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to support strategic positioning and client advisory.

  • Track and report on client activity, pipeline development, and relationship health metrics.
  • Develop presentations and lead participation in industry conferences, webinars, and client events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in math, finance, business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • 8+ years of experience in relationship/customer management.
  • Life License
  • In-depth understanding of financial concepts such as yield, internal rate of return and duration, pricing models, risk/return, return on equity, etc.
  • Quantitative aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Proven communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • FINRA 6 & 63, CFA, CPA, or ten years of experience in fixed income or stable value management

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment
  • Moderate travel for monthly client meetings, industry conferences and national sales meetings

The salary for this position generally ranges between $130,000-$160,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.
