Technical Refrigeration Technician

Technical Skills Required:

• Knowledge of thermodynamics principles (refrigerant cycle, refrigeration circuit, and its components)
• Electrical knowledge with the ability to read electrical schematics
• Hydraulic and mechanical knowledge
• Knowledge of the main refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Ability to analyze anomalies and knowledge of diagnostics
• Knowledge and use of all technical instrumentation necessary for the activity
• Welding skills
• Ability to handle refrigerant gas
• Ability to interpret and understand technical bulletins

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of the main air treatment systems
• Knowledge of the plant and its components
• Basic knowledge of systems for managing and controlling plants
• In-depth knowledge of current legislation in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning
• Safety: Knowledge and use of personal protection systems. Ability to identify and communicate the specific risks related to one's work activity
• Customer focus: Ability to build a profitable and authoritative relationship with the customer and to provide the correct exchange of feedback between the company and the customer
• Ability to provide consultancy, suggesting the correct and profitable technical solutions

Requirements:

• Technical institute diploma / Technical expert
• F-Gas patent
• Basic knowledge of the main software packages (word, excel, outlook)
• Availability for travel and on-site telephone and service availability
