Where is the work: (Work location & Mode of work): This position has been designated as On-Site Based in Gurgaon location.

What will you do:

• Act as the main contact for customer matters.
• Manage accounts and create growth plans.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with the Technical Support Team.
• Develop sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints with internal teams.
• Organize service reviews and customer events.
• Prepare and present contract proposals.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer expectations.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• At least 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, Airside, Energy Services, and Building Services (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills to read and interpret engineering documents.
• Effective communication skills to respond to inquiries and present information.
• Problem-solving skills to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Enjoy working collaboratively with others and meeting new people.
• Willingness to learn new skills to better serve customers.
