Where is the work: On-site (5 days)

What you will do:

Provide a best in class customer experience in the warranty and service environment. Work with channel and field functions to understand channel and customer concerns and create solutions for warranty and service issues through strong customer service. Analyzes and monitors a warranty and service claim information process to uphold policy guidelines and create process improvements. Use claim analytics process to data mine, research and analyze dealer warranty and service performance to suggest and execute on improvements in process and systems. Provide communication on warranty and service policy to channel and customers to ensure claims are filed within guidelines. Support team efforts to manage and reduce warranty spend, accruals, and reserves.

What you will bring:

3+ years of experience in customer service, claims analysis, warranty support, service or related field. Customer focus and continuous improvement mentality. Ability to collaborate, partner with both internal and external customers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn and work in multiple systems.

Compensation: Base Pay Range: $45,000 - $70,000
