Responsibilities:
- Promote and propose Trane Chiller & Equipment to building consultants and contractors
- Develop long term customer relationships
- Build close business relationship with customers especially key accounts
- Maximize account penetration and customer retention
- Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
- Update forecast timely into the system
- Negotiate value, address resistance, and close the sales. Differentiate & made Trane as preferred supplier
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
- Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards
Requirement:
- Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
- 1-2 years in Engineering sales, experience in HVAC industry will be a plus
- Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience is welcome to apply
