Trane Technologies is hiring a Reliability Engineer who will be responsible for warranty performance/cost, reliability metrics and improvement, predictive analytics, and management of the external quality of all Helmer branded products. This position will partner with Engineering on current and next gen product development to ensure designs are meeting customer and component reliability targets. The Reliability Engineer will lead cross-functional teams in the priority of defect trending focus and resolution and will be highly skilled at data trending, visualization, and creation of predictive tools and techniques to manage long term impact to customers and company financials. This is a high impact position within the Quality Department and will demand constant communication with Quality, Operations, Engineering, Commercial leadership as well as Suppliers and Helmer Partnership companies.

Base Pay Range: $63,500 - $100,000. Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and geographic location where the work is performed. This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.
