Job Summary:

The Oxbox Sales Leader is responsible for driving rapid, profitable revenue growth and significantly expanding market share for a value-focused HVAC equipment portfolio across North America. This leader will oversee a team of Regional Sales Managers and will be accountable for aggressive market development, distributor engagement and sales excellence across the region.

Prioritize engaging with customers. When not directly interacting with customers, collaborate with colleagues in your office.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive Rapid Profitable Growth: Lead the development and execution of strategies that accelerate revenue and market share expansion across North America for the brand
  • Set Territory Growth Targets: Establish clear, data-driven growth expectations for each territory and Regional Sales Manager, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and performance standards.
  • Guide Territory Strategy: Support RSMs in building robust territory and account plans, identifying gaps, prioritizing opportunities and executing plans with discipline
  • Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Oversee, coach and develop Regional Sales Managers to increase productivity, strengthen selling capability, and enhance overall team effectiveness
  • Monitor Performance and Drive Accountability: Assess market activity, funnel health, and execution quality. Provide feedback, coaching, and corrective action to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Identify and Unlock High Value Opportunities: Proactively uncover traditional and non-traditional distribution channels for the value product line
  • Influence Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure strategic alignment and remove barriers to execution.
  • Industry Trend Awareness: Maintain deep knowledge of competitors' offerings and strategies, including disruption trends and new market entrants.

What You Will Bring:

  • Education: A college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of successful experience in Business Development and Sales Leadership
  • Industry Knowledge: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related industry experience is preferred. Knowledge of HVAC products/parts and HVAC systems applications is a plus.

  • Operational & Organizational Strength: Highly organized, disciplined, and effective at managing multiple priorities, setting expectations, and driving process consistency across teams.
  • Resilience and Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-focused business environment while maintaining focus, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Data Analysis: Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data to create actionable plans and results, with the ability to execute.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 40%.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: The base salary for this role ranges from $145,000 to $185,000, depending on experience. Total compensation also includes an incentive plan.
