Where is the work:

Job Summary:
Designs new products for HVAC market, using thermodynamic competences. She/he contributes to develop innovative products in an international and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Designing the new products, maintaining and improving the existing products, performing all thermodynamic calculations needed and selecting all main components (compressors, heat exchangers, controls valves, etc.) to release the performances requested by the Product Management at minimum cost.
• Collaborating with the other members of the team and other Departments of the Company.
• On-site/Remote tech Support to Production, Sales and After Sales
• Leading the NPD projects ensuring that they are delivered on-time, within scope and in accordance with the Project Management procedures of the Company.
Key Competencies:
• Strong competences in Thermodynamics applied to chillers and heat pumps machines.
• Strong knowledge and competences in designing chillers and heat pumps machines, selecting properly their main components and using specific software tools.
• Knowledge of the main Standards and Regulations related to chillers and heats pumps.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Languages: Italian and English (B2 level)
Qualification:
• At least 2 years of HVAC product design engineering (or similar) experience is required.
• Master's Degree in Engineering. Mechanical Engineering are preferred.
Traveling up to 10% of the time for meeting with consultants and/or customers and for meetings with colleagues of other production plants of the BU.
