Where is the job located?

This position is for the office in Panama Pacifico. It prioritizes client interaction. When not directly interacting with clients, collaborate with your colleagues in the office.

What will you do?

• Responsible for promoting and selling service policies, with the aim of having the client sign a legal service contract (New and renewals).

• Promote the sales of service products, especially Digital Services and Rent, updating installations to keep equipment operating more efficiently.

• Conduct sales of major repairs, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for existing equipment not under contract or service policy.

• Work with the commercial channel and corporate accounts to promote customer replacement of cooling equipment or new equipment.

• Promote the sale of existing product automation systems to customers, working with the BAS2Service area to evaluate the installation and achieve energy savings.

• Conduct technical and commercial visits to customers to assess their needs, promote services, and offer solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Identify and capture new potential customers from the installed base of equipment.

• Work alongside the National Account Services Coordination to have commercial and execution relationships with local contacts in the national accounts area and share project information with the National Service Sales Engineer.

• Keep the information on opportunities in Sales Force updated to provide adequate traceability of projects, contracts, and quotes.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market penetration in the offered services and installed base.

• Follow up on projects with extended warranties, IWSA, or junior policies to convert them into service contracts.

• Prepare and present commercial proposals including financial and technical aspects.

• Manage different service customer accounts to ensure their satisfaction and find the best solutions that meet their needs from the service portfolio.

• Provide commercial follow-up and identify pull-through opportunities in existing customers.

• Maintain constant communication with other service team members, as well as other departments, to define and execute plans and strategies together for current and potential customers.

• Ability to develop solutions and applications for rental project applications.

What will you bring?

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of capital goods, service policies for heavy machinery, electrical substations, elevators, etc.

• Intermediate English proficiency.

• Experience in selling intangible products and services.

• Knowledge of advanced sales techniques.

• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision-makers.

• Financial analysis capacity and strategic business insight.

• Intermediate computer skills: document writing, file management in Excel.

• Customer service orientation.

• Communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Willingness to travel.
