Trane is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Sales Manager, committed to delivering business results and continually fostering employee engagement. You will manage the Equipment P&L for the Denver, CO Sales Office location. You will also be the Sales Manager for the Systems sales stream and provide leadership for Operations through a matrix management organizational structure.

Compensation: Base Pay Range: $125,000 to $185,000 annually. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan.
