What you will do:

  • Promote and sell service policies, with the purpose that the client signs a legal service contract (New and renewals)
  • Promote the sales of service products especially Digital Services and Rent, updating installations to keep operating a team more efficiently
  • Sell major repairs, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to existing equipment that is not under contract or service policy
  • Work with the commercial channel and corporate accounts, to promote to the client the replacement of cooling equipment or new equipment
  • Promote the sale of existing product automation systems to customers, working with the BAS2Service area to evaluate the installation and thus achieve energy savings
  • Make technical and commercial visits to customers to evaluate their needs, promote services, and offer solutions adequate to the customers' needs
  • Identify and capture new potential customers from the installed base of equipment
  • Work together with the National Accounts Coordination of services, this position has the commercial and execution relationship with the local contacts of the national accounts zone and must share the information of the projects with the National Service Sales Engineer
  • Keep the information of the opportunities in Sales Force updated in order to give adequate traceability of the projects, contracts, and quotations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market penetration in the offered services and installed base
  • Follow up on projects with extended warranties, IWSA, or junior policies to convert them into service contracts
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals including financial and technical aspects
  • Manage the different service customer accounts to guarantee their satisfaction and find the best solutions that adapt to their needs from the service portfolio
  • Follow up commercially and identify pull-through opportunities in existing customers
  • Maintain constant communication with other service team members, as well as other departments to define and execute plans and strategies together for current and potential customers
  • Ability to develop solutions and applications of rental project applications

What you will bring:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of capital goods, service policies of heavy machinery, electrical substations, elevators, etc.
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Experience in selling intangible products and services
  • Knowledge of advanced sales techniques
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision-makers
  • Financial analysis capacity and strategic business vision
  • Intermediate computer skills: document writing, file management in Excel
  • Customer service orientation
  • Communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Availability to travel
