The main product of the team is a system for monitoring and automating the service maintenance processes of other teams.

How you'll shape success:

  • Create and maintain test cases, checklists, test scenarios, test strategy, and coverage metrics
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis using logs and other data sources
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, test automation, and methodologies
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and ensure testability
  • Perform integration testing with third-party services and brokers, ensuring robust system interoperability
  • Mentor, support, and coach developers in QA practices, promoting a shift-left testing approach

What makes you the perfect fit:

  • 4+ years of hands-on QA experience, primarily in backend applications and API testing
  • Strong proficiency in HTTP API testing, including RESTful and/or WebSocket APIs
  • Solid knowledge of Linux environments and advanced command-line operations
  • In-depth understanding of protocols like HTTP, WebSockets, and their security aspects
  • Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes of issues
  • Advanced experience with curl, Swagger, DevTools, and similar API testing tools
  • Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks
  • English proficiency for written communication (B1 level or higher)

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k8s)
  • Extensive experience designing and executing test plans for complex, distributed systems
  • Proficiency in Python for test automation

It'll also be an advantage if:
