Part-Time Weekend Guest Service Representative- Homewood Suites New Brighton
We're seeking a friendly, dependable Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team on weekends. This is a part-time position with a consistent weekend schedule and potential for additional evening hours during the week, based on availability (not guaranteed).
Position Details:
- Regular weekend shifts, primarily between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Approx. 14 hours per week, with potential for additional weekday evening shifts depending on staffing needs and candidate availability.
- Starting wage is $16.00/hour; candidates with multiple years of experience may be considered up to $19.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests at check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the Manager on Duty (MOD); weekend GSRs will always be scheduled alongside an MOD unless qualified to work independently.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable and available to work consistent weekend shifts.
- Comfortable using computers and reservation systems (training provided).
