Field Sales Operations Specialist
Toyota Canada Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiast to support our Dealer Standards and Sales Operations department. This is a contract opportunity and will report to the Manager, Field Sales Operations. The selected candidate will champion our dealership co-op advertising program, oversee regular and ad-hoc dealer communications, coordinate dealership incentive programs and provide assistance to all Zone sales staff.

What You'll be Doing:
- Oversee the distribution of communications to Dealers and internal staff, ensuring adherence with Toyota brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate, translate, and distribute Dealer bulletins.
- Ensure communications are efficient, effective, and add value to recipients.
- Support the creation of presentations for Zone and Dealer audiences.
- Maintain and update key distribution lists, including the Field Sales Infohub, TCI Sales Field Staff email list, and the Consolidated Territory Listing.
- Oversee the Export Caution database and oversee National Sales Bulletin modules on Infostream.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather monthly program updates.
- Develop monthly presentations and provide guidance to presenters.
- Train and guide the FSO co-op student in Toyota claims processing and payment.
- Contribute to the evolution and future vision of the co-op program.
- Champion the Lexus new vehicle co-op portal.
- Maintain Zone submissions for the export caution list.
- Conduct comprehensive export audits to aid TCI's export prevention efforts.
- Oversee export database updates to ensure the user experience.
- Assist in monthly target setting and ensure timely communication of targets to the Zones.
- Oversee PO submissions, vendor payments, and incentive/program payments.
- Assist with fiscal year-end accruals and budget tracking.
- Schedule and coordinate weekly meetings for FSO and DSSO team.
- Contribute to the creation of key resources including reports, one-pagers, presentations, NVIS requests and ad hoc requests.
- Assist the development of ADRO presentations and associated files.
What You'll Bring:
- University Degree or College diploma in an Automotive Program, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Two years' related work experience, preferably in retail and wholesale Vehicle Sales Operations
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint application
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Must be able to work non-standard hours and overtime as required
- Must be a self-starter with ability to work under minimal guidance
- Aptitude for coordinating multiple projects in a timely manner
