- Responsible for developing and driving the marketing strategy across performance, brand, and creative aspects
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to leverage Product to drive growth and vice versa
- Partner with the Operations team to ensure feasibility of marketing strategies and initiatives
- Invest in the growth and development of the marketing team
- Obsess over the Tovala prospect customer to develop advertising and messaging that resonates with them

- Experienced leader with a successful track record of managing, building, and scaling highly effective and diverse teams
- Proficient in synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights about the customer, the channel, and the business
- Strong ability to develop and drive marketing strategies across performance, brand, and creative aspects
- Skilled in scaling and running a native digital business, preferably in subscription, new-to-market, and high-consideration products
- General management and P&L experience with a deep appreciation for and ability to build a great culture
