✨ About The Role
- Responsible for owning retention and CRM marketing, including email, push notifications, and SMS
- Develop and drive CRM strategy and roadmap based on customer insights and data
- Collaborate with product and data teams to understand the customer journey and retention model
- Identify target audiences, develop offers to improve retention, and create communication segments
- Measure and report on the impact of current communications, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and develop cross-functional relationships
⚡ Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of marketing experience with a preference for experience at a growth-stage company
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced skills in pivot tables and formulas
- Ability to create and deliver presentations confidently
- Experience in creating, managing, and scaling marketing campaigns and activations
- Strong preference for an MBA and/or marketing experience at a growth-stage company
