✨ About The Role
- Responsible for owning retention and CRM marketing, including email, push notifications, and SMS
- Develop and execute CRM strategy and roadmap based on customer insights and data
- Collaborate with product and data teams to understand the customer journey and retention model
- Identify target audiences, develop offers to improve retention, and measure the impact of communications
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, provide feedback on CRM creative, and build cross-functional relationships with various teams
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of marketing experience with a preference for experience at a growth-stage company
- Proficiency in Excel, creating and delivering presentations, and managing marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to test, quantify results, and manage complex cohorts
- Self-starter with a data-driven approach and a passion for customer-centric strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
