- The Engineering Manager will collaborate with product teams to design and build solutions that enable personal growth for clients and empower coaches
- Responsibilities include guiding discussions on architecture, technical debt, and long-term technical strategy, as well as leading and mentoring a team of engineers
- The role involves developing scalable, high-performance web applications, implementing strategic plans for frontend technology, and maintaining design systems for consistency and efficiency
- The Engineering Manager will work closely with UX/UI designers to create responsive and intuitive interfaces, ensuring user needs and business objectives are met
- Additionally, the role requires hands-on support for the team, including coding, debugging, and testing new product features when necessary
