✨ About The Role
- The Engineering Manager will collaborate with product teams to design and build solutions that enable personal growth for clients and empower coaches
- Responsibilities include guiding discussions on architecture, technical debt, and long-term technical strategy, as well as leading and mentoring a team of engineers
- The role involves creating scalable, high-performance web applications, ensuring code quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement in processes
- The Engineering Manager will own OKRs and business metrics for the team, driving execution on high-priority projects and working closely with Product and Design
- The ideal candidate will be hands-on, supporting the team in coding, debugging, and testing new product features as necessary

- Experienced leader with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring engineering teams to deliver high-quality, innovative digital solutions
- Strong technical background with expertise in React, TypeScript, and Python, along with a deep understanding of web application development and design systems

- Proven ability to uphold high standards in code quality, system reliability, and best practices in software development
