TOPPAN Packaging Americas specializes in designing and manufacturing sustainable, high-performance flexible and thermoformed packaging solutions for the food, beverage, medical and consumer goods industries. We offer products like transparent high barrier films, pouches, clamshells and trays, utilizing advanced technology to enhance product safety, visibility and environmental sustainability.

TOPPAN Packaging Americas operates as part of the global TOPPAN group, with 22 manufacturing facilities across North America, Latin America and Europe.

The TOPPAN internship program is designed to "test the waters" of working in the manufacturing and packaging industry. You will spend your time working in a specific division on impactful projects, establishing an understanding of TOPPAN's culture and processes, as well as developing a business mindset. The program is a blend of hands-on experiences and opportunities. Throughout the program you can expect to gain a better understanding of your future potential at TOPPAN through valuable project work. Our internship program is designed to be a step towards joining the Emerging Leaders Program or other entry-level positions upon graduation. With approximately 150 locations in 34 states, your internship could be anywhere.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and develop valuable skills. The HR Intern will support various projects and tasks, contributing to the overall success of the team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new strategies.
• Participate in meetings and provide input on project progress.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Learn about the company's HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.
• Work with Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and Talent Acquisition Team

This position is in our Charlotte, NC (South End Area) Office and 100% onsite.

• 1-3 years working experience in HR or previous Intern Experience
• Currently enrolled or have completed your program in Human Resources Management.
