Position Overview

Our client is seeking an organized and people-focused HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This role manages the full employee life cycle—from recruiting and onboarding to benefits, compliance, and employee support. Qualified candidates will be the go-to resource for employees and leadership, ensuring HR processes run smoothly while helping foster a positive, family-oriented culture.

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Reports To: CEO

Schedule: Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 USD/Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration, policies, and employee support.
• Oversee time & attendance, PTO, and compliance in ADP.
• Lead recruitment: job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding, and orientations.
• Support employee engagement programs, recognition, and feedback.
• Administer benefits, 401(k), FMLA, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with disciplinary actions and/or terminations.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of HR experience as a generalist or coordinator.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adhere to strict deadlines.

Compensation

The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today's market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
