Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced operational environment. This role will focus on employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, culture, and compliance while serving as a trusted resource for both employees and leadership. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting a blue-collar workforce within warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing settings, and understands how to balance accountability with approachability. This individual will play a key role in reinforcing company culture, maintaining compliance, and supporting the employee lifecycle from hire to separation.
