Reporting directly to the CTO, the Director of Engineering is the key leader responsible for engineering activities at Align. In this role, the Director of Engineering works with other engineering leaders to ensure predictable, high-quality engineering deliverables, with velocity, while ensuring that team members maintain a high sense of ownership and camaraderie.
This is a full-time remote position located in the US; however, it is preferred that the individual work in one of our company offices in St. George, UT; Indianapolis, IN; or Denver, CO. Preference may be given to those able to meet the on-site work location expectation. If local, the individual hired will work on-site according to a schedule set by management based on the requirements of their role.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$200,000. This role is bonus-eligible, with bonus opportunity based on individual and company performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
