Qualifications for this role include a strong desire to learn and collaborate with fellow team members and a steadfast commitment to personal accountability. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. While experience operating heavy equipment is preferred, it's not a deal-breaker - we're dedicated to providing training and support to help you succeed. Within six months, we'll help you obtain your CDL (Commercial Drivers' License), enhancing your skills and opportunities in the field.

Qualifications:
Road Operations Specialist: Pay Grade F - $21.98
Senior Road Operations Specialist: Pay Grade H - $26.11 - Three (3) years of experience; plus, experience on three (3) of the following pieces of equipment: loader, backhoe, grader, or dozer; and minimum of 600 hours of operating time.
Must meet the minimum qualifications of a Road Operations Specialist.
