Assistant Account Executive

Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Assistant Account Executive. This position will be based in our Knoxville office.

What You'll Be Doing:

Monitor and learn the client's business through listening in on meetings, note taking, active involvement in reporting.

Build an understanding of client's goals, budgets and how to efficiently and effectively plan against both.

Assist AE, SAE, AS on production elements and general servicing of the account.

Reliably ensure every meeting is prepped and executed flawlessly, anticipating internal and client needs.

Track, house and manage all assets on the account.

Learn the link between strategy, planning, creative, analytics.

Own small production projects or client request fulfillment.

Organize and traffic creative.

Interface with internal agency departments to monitor the status of on-going projects and ensure smooth cooperation between resources to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Schedule and conduct status meetings with internal team.

What You Bring:

Previous internship experience at a digital or full-service ad agency.

Understanding of creative development and production process for both traditional and interactive media-based programs.

Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills.

Experience in assisting with the development of client presentations.

Demonstrated experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and working well under pressure.
