TMX VettaFi is currently recruiting for a B2C Marketing Manager. The successful candidate should have a balance of strategic vision and strong executional and analytical skills. A highly organized, proactive "utility" player will be poised for success in this role. The B2C Marketing Manager will partner with the Head of Marketing to build marketing strategies to grow our audience, drive engagement and nurture the VettaFi financial advisor and investor community. The Marketing Manager will then drive the execution, measurement, and optimization of the strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and systems to support our business goals and marketing objectives. Will lead our B2C engagement efforts, including:
    • Growing and retaining our financial advisor audience
    • Driving form completes for high value activities, such as webcasts
    • Driving financial advisor attendance to in-person events, such as Exchange
  • Determining specific marketing deliverables to execute the strategy
  • Defining the user journey and sequence of marketing activities; creating systems to deploy and customize user journeys at scale
  • Coordinating and managing the execution of the strategy; partnering with the broader marketing team to create and deploy program campaign assets
  • Measuring and reporting on performance; monitoring and analyzing overall engagement data
  • Identifying strategic weaknesses and implementing improvements

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, or related field
  • +5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial industry
  • Marketing experience across owned, earned and paid media channels
  • Dedicated experience running demand generation programs
  • Expertise with engagement platforms such as HubSpot and internal collaboration tools (G suite)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance and analytic platforms
  • Organized and detail oriented in day-to-day, with the ability to plan ahead
  • Ability to manage cross-functional relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and high quality of work
  • Management experience

This role is hybrid (2 - 3 days/week in the office) - based in New York, NY.

Salary Range: ...$125,000 - $140,000/year
