We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual that loves to develop creative solutions on how to merchandise products in store to join our Store Operations team as a Merchandise Presentation Manager. In this role, you will be partnering with Buying, Merchandising, Store Experience, and other HO functions to develop and implement layout, flow adjacencies, and merchandising directives for our retail stores across Europe. You will be assessing commercial trends to develop resources to streamline tasks, increase productivity, and drive sales and profit. As part of this, you will also be articulating this vision to the field and business partners within TJX Europe.

About you:

• You'll be the type of person who has excellent influencing skills and a clear understanding of retail store environments & processes.
• You will have demonstrable experience of Visual Merchandising either in a field or Central/HO role and be able to show case your strong creative and innovation skills and the results you have delivered.
• You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills which will allow you to articulate your strategic vision to different levels of the business.
• Your career to date will have shown you to be numerate, analytical, and to be comfortable interpreting complex data to make sound recommendations.
• You will be experienced and comfortable working in a complex, fast paced, and change driven environment where results and relationships are critical.
