Network Systems Support / IT Specialist

Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, IT Specialist to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally.

The IT Specialist provides Tier I and II network, systems, and phone support in accordance with the SIE OPORD. This position is responsible for administering network and communications systems, including routers, switches, VTCs, phones, laptops, and other IT systems. The IT Specialist must have strong technical skills with experience across a variety of network protocols, software, and hardware. This role requires excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and diagnostic abilities, along with strong communication skills. The IT Specialist must have comprehensive knowledge of Government hardware, software, and network components. Responsibilities include creating monitoring reports, managing equipment logs, ensuring link functionality, and coordinating IT administration and performance requirements with other networking and systems team members. The IT Specialist also prepares technical implementation plans with actions, milestones, and timelines for integrated solutions; researches applicable standards and requirements to ensure compliance; and delivers full lifecycle support of LAN and WAN infrastructures in line with USSOCOM standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide installation, tuning, testing, operation, monitoring, patching, break/fix, defense, and management of LAN/WAN infrastructure hardware and software.
• Configure, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair LAN/WAN systems, including routers, switches, encryption devices, circuits (point-to-point, satellite, broadband, and Internet), and VLAN architectures.
• Operate and maintain IT Programs of Record (PORs).
• Manage, defend, and repair classified and unclassified wireless LANs, including access points and integration with wired infrastructure.
• Provision, operate, and monitor LAN/WAN VPN services for secure connectivity with remote elements and mission partners, ensuring compliance with DoD, DIA, DISA, USCYBERCOM, and USSOCOM directives.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN voice, data, and transmission networks; evaluate the impact of architectural changes.
• Configure, monitor, and document routers and switches within USSOCOM LAN/WAN networks.
• Collaborate with Government and commercial circuit providers to restore circuit outages.
• Provide mobile device and CSfC kit support.
• Prepare and deliver activity/progress reports on IT systems performance.
• Support shift work or non-standard schedules as required by the USSOCOM mission.

Required Qualifications:

• A DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Information Assurance Technical Level II Certification required- DoDD 01-M IAT II
• Cisco Certified Network Associate, CCNA certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of progressive experience in implementing, administering, testing, and analyzing networks

Education:

HS with 6 years' experience, OR BS with 2 years' experience, OR MS with 0 years' experience.
