- Minimum 4 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or Fintech, with a focus on CRM or lifecycle being a bonus
- Experience working with paid channels like Paid social, SEM, etc. is advantageous
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Advertising, with experience in Finance majors considered a bonus
- Ability to drive and own content and creative strategy, build and nurture brand partnerships, and influencer partnerships
