Responsible for ensuring that all accounting activities in the Cage Department are performed accurately and efficiently, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, Federal and State Tax Commissions, and established company policies, procedures, and controls.
Directly supervises the activities of all Associates in the Cage on assigned shift. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining associates, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

High School diploma or GED required. Some college courses in Banking and Finance or related area preferred. Previous cash handling and supervisory experience required. Casino cage experience preferred.
Minimum of one-year experience in project credit operations or related area required. Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Must be extremely numbers-oriented.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.

The Associate is regularly required to stand, for long periods of time, at the Cage counter.

The Associate is regularly exposed to risk of radiation (from computers), as a great deal of the workday is spent working on spreadsheets or inputting data into the computer system.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
This is a night shift position. The schedule will generally be 5:30pm - 4am or 7:00pm - 4am (including weekends and holidays)
