Job Description

Do you have a good sense for numbers, data, and facts – and prefer to transform data chaos into clear dashboards and exciting HR insights? Then you are the right fit for us as a HR Controller (M/W/D). The work can be done partially in the home office. Regular presence in our office in Erkrath at least once a week is desirable to promote close cooperation with the stakeholders. The position is for a part-time (20 hours) employment.

  • You are responsible for the creation, maintenance, and further development of dashboards in Power BI and Excel.
  • You take over the benchmarking of our data, support the development and implementation of benchmark analyses, and support the establishment of predictive analytics and correlation studies.
  • You deal with the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable data quality through regular plausibility checks and operational follow-up.
  • You present and discuss analysis results with the business partners and derive action recommendations and measures to support our departments.
  • In our company-wide Reporting Analyst Community, you represent the department and participate in regular meetings.
  • In addition to implementing reporting requests, you promote and support self-service reporting.
  • You also support the team on an operational level with data checks and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Team in personnel planning.
  • As part of the annual "Annual Process Review," you take over the coordination, quality assurance, and advise on process modeling (EPK method).

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a study or a commercial education with a focus on People Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence or comparable.
  • You have initial professional experience in a comparable position in a human resources department or in controlling with a focus on HR.
  • You also have solid knowledge in reporting, data analysis, and statistics in the HR environment.
  • You are proficient in MS-Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) and have initial experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Ideally, you have gained initial experience in the areas of predictive analytics and correlation analyses.
  • You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and carefulness in handling sensitive data.
  • So that you can communicate well with your customers and colleagues, you have very good German and good English skills.
