The Des-Case mission is to improve reliability, sustainability, and operational efficiency by solving customers' lubricant contamination challenges with leading and innovative products and services. Des-Case strives to be a one-stop-shop for everything a maintenance department needs when it comes to taking care of the lubricants they use to keep their equipment running smoothly and efficiently, including air dryers, filtration systems, handling systems, and oil analysis.

RMF Systems, a Dutch Des-Case division designs, assembles, installs, distributes and maintains Des-Case products in Waddinxveen. Approximately 45 local colleagues of various nationalities work within our company. We are locally based and internationally oriented. The main language is Dutch, but due to our global reach with customers and suppliers, a good command of spoken and written English is essential.

Des-Case/RMF Systems is a worldwide leading manufacturer of contamination control products for industrial lubricants with a strong legacy. We are also part of Timken Corporation's Industrial Motion platform. Timken designs and manufactures bearings and industrial motion products. Timken's legacy and expertise helps global industries operate more efficiently.

The Role: What are you going to do?

Your Goal: Proactively realize sales, maintain strong customer relationships, and translate technical needs into commercial solutions.

Key Result Areas

1. Quotation & Project Management

  • Develop technical quotations and prepare standard cost price calculations based on specific customer requirements.
  • Supervise small projects, working closely with internal departments.
  • Act as a vital liaison between various internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Hunter Mentality: Proactively approach potential customers (cold and warm leads) via email and phone to generate new business.
  • Develops, manages, and maintains customer-centric relationships.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our existing customer base.
  • Translate technical inquiries into commercial benefits and provide expert advice.
  • Support Regional Sales Managers in hitting their targets.

3. Order Processing & Follow-up

  • Ensure a flawless handover of orders to the order entry team.
  • Monitor order progress and handle any claims or complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.

What do you bring to the role?

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with a technical heart.

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven success in B2B Inside Sales, managing the full process from lead generation to closing.
  • Technical Affinity: Knowledge of (industrial) lubricants and their applications is a significant advantage. You must be able to understand the "tech" to give sound advice.
  • Adaptability: You enjoy working with diverse (internal)stakeholders—from Distributors and OEMs to MROs and end-users.
  • Mindset: A disciplined, structured approach to sales planning and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Tools: Solid proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Languages: Excellent verbal and written skills in both Dutch and English.
