- The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant programmatic advertising industry experience. - A deep understanding of ad tech for display and video inventory is essential, including header bidding and mediation. - Experience with web, mobile web, and in-app ad delivery strategies is crucial for success in this role. - Strong client and partner relationship management skills are necessary to maintain effective partnerships. - The candidate should possess data-driven thinking and excellent quantitative skills to analyze performance. - A self-starter attitude is important, along with project management skills to drive initiatives forward. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate with various teams.
