Finance & Operations Manager

Tilt Collective is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to our Senior Finance Director, this role combines financial management responsibilities with operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to contribute to the smooth running of our start-up organisation while supporting our mission.

About Tilt Collective

Tilt Collective accelerates the transition to a plant-rich global food system to cut greenhouse-gas emissions, protect biodiversity, improve public health, and end unnecessary animal suffering. We achieve this by generating rigorous research, providing grant funding to approximately 50 high-impact partners, and convening communicators, creators, and community leaders to shift cultural narratives toward sustainable, plant-forward norms.

Tilt Collective was established in February 2024. We have to date been operating as a fiscally-sponsored project hosted at a United States '501(c)(3)' non-profit, supported by philanthropy. Over the next 6-12 months we will begin to operate as an independent non-profit organization registered in the United Kingdom, with a team of 25 staff and ongoing programs in the UK, United States, Germany, Brazil and Thailand.
