The Sales Operations Manager role supports the Foodservice Sales team by leading the management of our national redistributors/distributors (DOT, Sysco, US Foods) and translating that data from our route to market into actionable sales, supply chain, and business planning insights and recommendations. The Sales Operations manager will partner with the national account managers and supply chain team to help identify areas of optimization within forecasting and replenishment.
The Sales Operations Manager role will also support sales planning activities by ensuring policy and procedures are followed for accuracy of entry, timely updates, approvals, and closing of events in internal and external systems. It is also responsible for entry of all promotional plans in our ERP system and ensuring accuracy between customer-facing contracts and internal systems. This role will also assist our deductions team in communications with the customer on post audit negotiations and other financial obligations.
The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in the sales enablement process for the Foodservice business. This role will partner with our Foodservice broker agency to enable them to sell on Tillamook's behalf by maintaining sales resources and enablement tools, coordinating sample requests, and overseeing the trade show process.
This is a role that requires effective communication with the customer, excellent teamwork abilities, time and project management skills, and the ability to be flexible and willing to help the sales team achieve successful long-term results.
