Networking Application Support And Management

Support and management of networking applications. Development and programming of inhouse software for automation of internal processes. Administration of user management of network management platforms. Reporting and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and availability of systems, databases, and servers used to manage the different operational networks and processes of the L2 Support group. Compliance with KPIs and follow-up of internal projects.

Requirements

  • Graduated Systems Engineer, closed curriculum or related field
  • Experience in programming and software development.
  • Experience in database management
  • Experience in integration with APIs and data modeling
  • Knowledge of container management
  • Availability for on-call shifts
  • Intermediate to advanced English

Technical Knowledge

  • Programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript or similar.
  • Databases: SQL and NoSQL.
  • Operating Systems: Windows and Linux.
  • Containers: Docker (desirable).
  • API integration.

Specific Knowledge

  • Support of critical operation applications and platforms.
  • Automation of operational processes.
  • Integration of systems and consumption of REST APIs.
  • Modeling and administration of databases.
  • User management and access control.
  • Monitoring and analysis of technical incidents.
