Drive the growth of the sales module, focusing on the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new corporate clients, especially in the enterprise segment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the portfolio of corporate clients.
Identify sales opportunities and generate new business.
Advise clients on our technological and telecommunications products and services.
Perform post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
University studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Two years of experience in sales of technology/telecommunications products/services directed at corporate clients, agencies, telemarketing, or other channels.
Own vehicle and availability to work outside the office.
Intermediate level of Excel (indispensable).
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of sales tools and platforms.
Domination of sales techniques and negotiation.
Handling of CRM and customer management software.
Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports.
Specific Knowledge:
Deep knowledge of the technology and telecommunications market.
Understanding of the needs and challenges of corporate clients.
Ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Competencies in the use of data analysis and presentation tools.
