Prospect and qualify potential clients for the SME segment through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. The main responsibility is to generate interest, nurture opportunities, and coordinate qualified meetings for the sales team, directly contributing to the growth and expansion of the commercial portfolio.

Position Requirements

• Active university student in Administration of Companies, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or commercial prospecting.
• Mastery of consultative sales techniques and telephone closing.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent spelling, writing, and verbal fluency.
• High self-management capacity, focus on results, and positive attitude.

Technical And Specific Knowledge

• Prospection and lead qualification techniques.
• Executing multi-channel prospecting campaigns.
• Following up on prospects in early stages of the sales funnel.
• Management of call management tools (desirable).
• Basic knowledge of commercial performance indicators (KPIs).
• Mastery of sales scripts and ability to adapt to different client profiles.
