We are seeking a Rewards Specialist to become part of our global HR community. As we are currently demerging from Tietoevry, you will play a crucial role in developing the compensation and benefit area and in shaping the future compensation strategy of our new company.

Your profile and experience

You are an HR professional with background in rewards, especially in the areas of job structures, base pay and short-term incentive management including benchmarking, internal range development.

You have gained practical experience in compensation and benefits and have a good understanding of current human capital trends. You have contributed to the implementation and execution of compensation processes within a large organization.

You follow business processes with attention to detail and consistency and enjoy collaborating on ways to refine and enhance them for better outcomes. You are able to gather and present data in a story that resonates to our business leaders and HR community alike. You enjoy working with data and use your Excel expertise to uncover trends, answer questions, and support decision-making. Rather than being discouraged by ambiguity, you're motivated to work with others to shape solutions that drive progress over perfection.

This position is a part of the Global Total Rewards team providing support worldwide. You are comfortable working independently within a virtual team and navigating diverse HR and business networks globally.

With us you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to maintaining and executing compensation and benefits programs globally
  • Implementing established compensation policies and support local reward initiatives
  • Providing day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth execution of rewards processes
  • Collecting and working with large internal and external data sets to support reward reporting and basic analysis
  • Supporting HR and managers by responding to routine compensation and benefits inquiries
  • Collaborating with Finance to help track and monitor reward budgets and initiatives
  • Working closely with the Rewards team to deliver assigned projects and tasks.

We expect you have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or another related field
  • 2+ years of experience working with compensation & benefits in a large organization
  • Familiarity with Workday or other cloud-based HCM systems is a strong advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (for working with foreign colleagues)
  • Proficient in Excel, skilled in PowerPoint and Word for preparing clear presentations and documents
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
  • Support both strategic and operational tasks, with the ability to manage small scale projects through to completion

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate's professional competence compliance with job demands.
