What You'll Learn with Us:
- From an integration perspective, gain experience with tools such as IBM QM, IBM ACE, and optionally Kafka (Confluent or Apache), RabbitMQ, WSO2, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Understand real-world IT environments, develop troubleshooting skills, and grow towards an experienced systems or integration engineer role.
- Get hands-on with Unix/Linux server administration (experience with at least one commercial Unix/Linux system such as HP-UX, IBM AIX, or Linux servers is a plus).
- Learn to manage IBM, Oracle, and Open Source products from a Java perspective — including WAS, WLS, OSB, SOA, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, WildFly, and Nginx.
- Explore automation scripting — understand how automation works, how servers are structured, where to find logs, and how operating systems work in practice.
- Work with internal tools like ServiceNow and monitoring systems, solving incidents and problems in line with ITIL standards.
- Learn to analyze and resolve support tickets — identifying, investigating, and solving technical issues.
We Expect You To Have:
- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux server administration (experience with at least one commercial Unix/Linux system such as HP-UX, IBM AIX, or Linux servers is a plus), knowledge of Windows server management is an advantage.
- Active English
- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and adapting to change.
