Solution Architect Within Microsoft Dynamics

We are currently seeking a Solution Architect within Microsoft Dynamics! You will become a part of a team that specializes in providing customized business solutions through the Microsoft Dynamics platform. When you start with Tietoevry Tech Services as a Solution Architect within Microsoft Dynamics:

You will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to meet business needs. You will work closely with several stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver innovative, scalable, and robust solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Finance & Supply Chain, including CE
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and effective technical designs
• Ensure that proposed solutions follow architectural best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements

Customer Consultation & Requirement Gathering:

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements and refine solution design

Implementation & Integration:

• Oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems (e.g., Power Platform, Azure)
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and applications

Technical Leadership & Guidance:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with the overarching architectural vision
• Mentor junior consultants and developers to ensure successful project delivery

Quality Assurance & Testing:

• Define and maintain quality standards for solution design and development
• Lead the development of testing strategies and plans to ensure successful deployment and user acceptance

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics updates and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Identify opportunities to leverage new tools, methodologies, or platforms to enhance business outcomes

Project Management Support:

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Help manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders

Presales:

• Drive and prepare demos for customers, prepare estimates, business cases, and pre-study results

We see that you have experience in:

• Many years of experience working as a Solution Architect or Technical Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, etc.)
• Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for various industries
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and other components of the Power Platform.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, CE)
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and integration with other Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, etc.)
• Consultative with documented ability to gather requirements and build relationships with customers
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect (preferred)
• Other relevant certifications within Dynamics 365 or Azure
