We are looking for someone with experience in change management, user adoption, and the introduction of Microsoft 365 and Copilot. You thrive on driving change processes, establishing and further developing adoption strategies, and ensuring that employees receive training, support, and motivation to succeed in a more digital everyday life.

In our team, you will be:

• A key person in planning and implementing change processes and user adoption, primarily for M365 and Copilot
• Advisor and sparring partner for customers and colleagues within digital transformation, training, and change management
• Active in the development of training programs, workshops, and communication plans that ensure successful adoption
• A driver for problem-solving and support between technical teams, leaders, and end-users

Relevant experience, skills, and certifications:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot – implementation, user adoption, and training
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, for example MS-900, MS-700, AB-730 or similar
• Documented experience with change management, preferably Prosci-certified
• Experience in developing training materials, communication strategies, and workshops for various user groups
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate employees to use new digital tools

Personal qualities:

• Communicates well in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing
• Has a desire to contribute to building a sharing culture and professional environment
• Thrives in working both independently and in teams, and is able to understand and convey the customer's needs
• Likes working with people and playing others good
