Validation Engineer Internship

As a 'Validation Engineer' intern, you will be involved in the development of voltage converters. You will support the validation through measurements in a laboratory environment to ensure that our products provide the best possible performance for our customers. This also includes testing the robustness of our products under extreme conditions. You will be directly involved in the validation of our newly developed prototypes of the next generation.

Your Tasks:

  • Independently conducting and documenting measurements for the validation of voltage converters
  • Automation of complex measurement processes using Python
  • Evaluation and visualization of the acquired measurement data
  • Design and layout of test boards using the Altium Designer software
  • Supporting product development in collaboration with other functional groups such as design, test engineering, and systems engineering

Qualifications:

  • Study in the field of electrical engineering, electrical and information engineering, physical engineering, computer science, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of using measuring instruments (e.g., DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters)
  • Interest in the field of analog circuit technology and its measurement methods
  • First experience with Spotfire, Matlab, and MS-Office is advantageous
  • Basic programming skills (Python) are advantageous
  • Communication skills in German are required, English is advantageous
