You will also participate in efforts to speed up analysis efficiency through scripting, dashboards creation, modeling, and advanced analytical techniques. You will be required to understand the details of electrical testing, parametric and fab data to effectively develop failure models. Creativity in developing new analytical tools and machine/deep learning methods to improve efficiency and accuracy is needed. Responsibilities also include leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to solve complex, multi-faceted issues.
