Graphic Designer - ThriveCart

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join ThriveCart's growing marketing team. In this role, you'll create beautiful, engaging, and effective designs that strengthen our brand presence and help us communicate with customers across the globe.

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality templates, campaign assets, and marketing materials that align with our brand and resonate with our audience. This position requires strong conceptual thinking, art direction skills, and the ability to work across multiple design mediums in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

As part of a global remote team, clear communication and collaboration skills in English are essential.

What Your Work Will Entail:

• Strengthen ThriveCart's brand identity with visually compelling design.
• Create high-quality templates, ads, and campaign assets for users across industries.
• Design marketing collateral (social media graphics, promotional materials, campaign visuals) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, content, and marketing teams to deliver engaging materials for launches, campaigns, and educational content.
• Provide art direction and feedback on AI-generated assets to maintain visual excellence.
• Partner with developers to enhance user experience through strong design input.
• Conduct design research to ensure assets are user-focused and impactful.
• Stay current on design trends and SaaS marketing best practices, applying insights to keep ThriveCart competitive.
• Innovate new ways to present ideas, products, and data through visual storytelling.

What You Bring To This Role:

• 3+ years of professional design experience (SaaS, tech, or digital-first brand a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (bonus: InDesign, After Effects, or Figma).
• Strong skills in layout, branding, and digital marketing collateral.
• Conceptual thinker with proven art direction abilities.
• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.
• Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently and make design decisions.
