As part of the 2nd line team, you will work rotating shifts - including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays and at the same time work very closely with other 2nd line team members to monitor document flows, support day-to-day production operations, and handle customer-specific solutions. You will manage support cases primarily via a ticketing system, analyzing issues, troubleshooting, and performing advanced error handling. The 2nd line team is responsible for all production communications, including troubleshooting, minor configurations, and straightforward setups. We also support other departments with our expertise in our platform, services, and applications. To thrive in this role, you adapt quickly to new tasks and are motivated to understand the root causes of problems. You have the desire and ability to help others and to deliver excellent support. You are a solution-oriented team player who takes responsibility, communicates clearly, and focuses on finding the best, most sustainable solution.
